ACCOUNT DELETION AT HIPAASAFE, INC., WE RESPECT YOUR RIGHT TO PRIVACY AND CONTROL OVER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. WE PROVIDE YOU THE ABILITY TO PERMANENTLY DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH OUR APP. HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT: TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT, NAVIGATE TO THE ACCOUNT SETTINGS SECTION OF OUR APP AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED FOR ACCOUNT DELETION. ONCE YOU CONFIRM DELETION, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE PERMANENTLY REMOVED FROM OUR SYSTEMS. CONSEQUENCES OF DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT: DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT WILL RESULT IN THE PERMANENT REMOVAL OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND ASSOCIATED PERSONAL DATA FROM OUR PLATFORMS. THIS ACTION IS IRREVERSIBLE.
